TikTok is one of the fastest-growing social media platforms. It has become a hotbed for those looking to go viral online or become social media influencers. In a recent clip posted on TikTok, user Newas Sharif passed out and fell face-first into a mirror, resulting in a broken nose after flexing too hard.

Several TikTok videos have made headlines in the last few years. From impressive feats of strength to outrageous pranks, the content on TikTok is eye-grabbing.

In Sep. 2022, a clip of Zach Charlesworth competing at a surprise bodybuilding contest did the rounds online. Charlesworth was under the impression he was going swimming with his friends until they had him crash a Men’s Physique contest at the Montreal Summum Classic. He was clearly unprepared on stage but got major props for his impromptu performance.

A few months ago, a TikTok woman gained attention after posting a video of her training with skin color ‘nude’ leggings, leading many to believe she did not have pants on. Users gathered in the comment section to express their confusion at her attire before she clarified her preference for nude-color clothing.

Internet sensation Joey Swoll continues to make a name for himself by pushing back against poor gym etiquette. He recently took issue with a woman who posted a video mocking fellow gym-goers for grunting loudly while working out. Joey called her out for making fun of others and encouraged her to create a more welcoming space for everyone instead of being disrespectful.

He captioned, “I passed out and broke my nose while posing infront of the mirror.”

“I basically passed out because I didn’t rest after my set, so my heart rate was high,” he told NeedToKnow.Online. I was posing right after my set, as I was pumped and when I held my breath, I passed out.”

Sharif shared that the people around him thought it was a planned stunt initially, not realizing what had happened.

“My friend found it funny for a second because he thought I was acting and making some funny content,” he explained. “People in the gym know I make funny content a lot, so no one came to help until they saw blood from my nose, and I was on the floor.”

“Bro kissed him self goodnight,” wrote a user.

Another commented: “The face print has me dead.”

“Bro was rizzed out by himself he went in for the kiss,” wrote another.

A female TikToker named Jessica Fernandez went viral earlier this year for hurling insults at a male gym-goer who looked in her direction. She bashed him for offering to help add weights to her barbell and called him a creep. Swoll came to the man’s defense in his critique of Fernandez shortly after. Fernandez admitted her mistake and issued an apology for her misguided actions.

Another female user faced Swoll’s brunt after mocking an old man for the way he worked out two weeks ago. It appears TikTok is helping spread Joey’s message of gym positivity and even caught the eye of bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger.
