Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is committed to keeping a healthy lifestyle along with maintaining his insane muscularity even at 51. Staying motivated at any hour of the day or night, Johnson showed off a recent workout shared on Instagram, where he performed reps of the dumbbell chest press. 

With an illustrious career in both wrestling and acting, ‘The Rock’ has earned his reputation of having a ripped physique with blood, sweat, and tears. His dedication to maintaining such a densely muscular build has earned him praise from many fans and other athletes. Dwayne Johnson regularly shares his hardcore workouts on social media and makes it a point to never miss a session.

‘The Rock’ Kills Another Late Night Workout Targeting His Chest 

‘The Rock’ regularly hits the gym at odd hours of the night doing insane supersets even at 2:30 A.M. Even with such an irregular schedule, Johnson pushes himself to the limits with brutal workouts like his chest and back super pump routine.

In yet another late-night workout, ‘The Rock’ shares his midnight chest session pushing through his exhaustion. 

“Midnight training and burnin’ oil 🕯️

Tired, but we’re all tired.

Build new mountain. #letsgo” Johnson shared.

Along with his workouts, ‘The Rock’ is known for his extravagant cheat days where he indulges in his favorite foods like his massive breakfast spread or trying In-N-Out for the first time. He has even inspired other fitness enthusiasts in attempting their own cheat days such as Brian Johnson, more commonly known as Liver King. The liver-eating star shared his table set for a king that included pizza, cake, and even soda after being influenced by ‘The Rock.’

Johnson tends to stick to a rigorous diet and workout routine that has helped him maintain his impressive size. Even though he shares his hard work on social media, many speculate that he has or is using performance-enhancing drugs, especially following Brian Johnson’s gear use cover-up story, though The Rock has never admitted to taking them.

The Rock has always been determined to be the hardest worker in the room, which is a mantra he’s come to live by. Regardless of the type of training or time of day, he always hits the gym and credits it for physical and mental gains.
