The iconic Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, California has seen waves of star-studded talent make their way through the facility over the years. In a recent YouTube video, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dolph Lundgren teamed up at the popular venue for an iron-pumping training session and bike ride.

As a former bodybuilder, Governor of California, and actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger wears many hats but never misses an opportunity to train or spread fitness knowledge. Schwarzenegger retired with a total of seven Mr. Olympia titles, tied for the second-most with Phil Heath, behind eight-time winners Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman.

Aside from competing himself, Schwarzenegger assumed an ambassador role for the sport after joining the late Jim Lorimer to co-create the annual Arnold Sports Festival in 1989. In his later years, Schwarzenegger remains committed to fitness and bodybuilding. He routinely shares useful tips in his daily newsletter, which includes guidelines for training, diet, sleep, supplementation, and healthy living.

Dolph Lundgren, 10 years junior to Schwarzenegger, also built a successful acting career in the action genre. He is best known for playing Ivan Drago in Rocky IV but has since acted in over 80 projects in addition to filmmaking and martial arts experience.

On Thursday, 80s icons Schwarzenegger and Lundgren were captured on cameras by paparazzi while training at the famous gym, which has been around for more than 50 years.

Both men were wearing microphones during the workout, though it’s uncertain if they were taking part in a special project. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s youngest son, Joseph Baena, also took part in the collaboration. Baena, who bears a striking resemblance to his father, was joined by his Pepperdine University friends Dylan Hagen and Jonathan Lauer throughout the training session.

Lundgren recently made headlines alongside Schwarzenegger at a children’s charity event. The gathering saw many high-profile actors participate, such as Sylvester Stallone and Danny DeVito, who each paid $50,000 for entry. Additionally, Schwarzenegger offered exclusive training sessions for $150,000 in hopes of helping the kids’ afterschool program.

Despite reaching 65, Lundgren hasn’t let age stop him from pushing the limits at the gym. A few months ago, the famous actor turned heads while performing seated cable curls. Given his health, strength, and agility, fans continually praise his longevity.
