Rich Froning is one of the first legends of CrossFit, as he played a big role in getting the sport mainstream. During his time as an individual competitor, Rich was unstoppable, winning four CrossFit Games titles before moving on to the Teams division. Rich found even more success in the Teams division, as he claimed another six CrossFit Games titles there. In addition to retiring from the Teams division, he is exploring his future options. In any case, Rich is still training hard and has recently revealed his Full Day Of Eating, which enables him to remain energized.

Despite not having revealed a set goal for his CrossFit future, Rich Froning has previously hinted at competing in the Masters’ division of the CrossFit Games. It is not clear if that remained his goal, but judging by how hard he trained in his Full Day Of Eating YouTube video, it is clear that he is ready for a comeback to the biggest stage.

Rich Froning was preparing for the Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Race at the time of the filming. He took part in that race just a few days later where he competed against other athletes to complete a 100-mile ride across hot weather, massive inclines, and awkward trails. So, he completed essentially one of the hardest Mountain Bike races ever.

However, that did not stop him from putting in an incredible shift on the bike, as he rode for 68 miles. To do so, Rich had to bring countless supplies, as the heat and the bike ride consumed his energy at high speeds. So, he frequently drank liquids and ate portions of his peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
