Nathan De Asha was working tirelessly in the gym determined to make his comeback count last weekend. At the 2023 Flex Weekend Pro, De Asha came in with hard muscularity and killer conditioning to defeat Regan Grimes for first place. Following his win, Nathan De Asha took to Instagram to reflect on the struggles that led him to his latest victory.
The English Men’s Open Pro expressed that he had a point to prove to himself and was willing to ‘suffer’ and ‘starve’ to get the gold. Having not competed since 2021, where he had a flawless season, finishing in first at the Europa Pro, the Arnold Classic UK, and the Yamamoto Cup Pro, Nathan De Asha was set to make his return to the bodybuilding stage after recovering from a double bicep tear.
Consistently sharing physique updates of his progress, it was clear that De Asha was intent on coming back better than ever and with a completely different look. Ultimately his hard work wasn’t in vain as his sacrifices led to him pulling off the victory at the 2023 Flex Weekend Pro Show with a show-stopping physique.
