The 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic is set to take place in Columbus, Ohio from March 4-5. The 20th edition of the show kicks off tomorrow and below you can find a guide on how to watch the epic event live.
Events for the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic will be available to watch live and FREE on the Rogue Fitness YouTube channel. The 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic will be held on Friday, March 4, and Saturday, March 5 in the Strongman Arena inside the Arnold Expo. Two events will be held on Friday and three events on Saturday.
All Strongman events will be held in the Strongman Arena in Hall D inside the Arnold Expo at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. A record of $182,000 in prize money will be on the line, including a check of $80,000 for the champion.

Friday, March 4: 2 Events
Event 1
The Double T Squat – Heavy squat using a barbell rising bar system. Each athlete will be given three attempts to establish their max weight. This will be a new event featured at the Arnold Strongman Classic.
Event 2
Monster Dumbbell Press for Reps with 275 pounds – Athletes will pick the dumbbell up from the floor for repetitions in 90 seconds.
Saturday, March 5: 3 Events
Event 3
The Austrian Oak For Max – Rising bar system. Each athlete will be given the chance to establish their max weight. Starting log weight TBD.
Event 4
Timber Carry – Athletes will carry a timber frame up a 35-foot ramp. Straps will not be permitted, and the time-cap is 30 seconds.
Event 5
Stone To Shoulder – Athletes will Lift Odd Haugen’s famous “tombstone” from the ground to a stationary position on top of the shoulders and go for as many reps as possible. Tacky is not permitted and tacky towels will be provided. The time cap will be 2 and a half minutes.
MARCH 6, 2022, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST Rogue Record Breakers
In addition to the five Strongmen events, the Rogue Record Breakers event will take place on March 6.

Strongman Martins Licis from Santa Monica CA. is coming in hot after winning the inaugural Rogue Invitational last year. Licis is well-known in the sport and was the 2019 World’s Strongest Man. The same year, Licis took part in the Arnold Strongman Classic but came in second place after losing to Hafthor Bjornsson.
Tom Stoltman is a definite favorite heading into the contest as he just won the Britain’s Strongest Man title on Feb. 26. Overall, Tom Stoltman has proven himself to be one of the most consistent competitors after winning the 2021 World’s Strongest Man competition.
Not to be confused with Tom, Luke Stoltman (the older brother) will also be testing his physical limits when he competes at the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic. Luke is a five-time winner of Scotland’s Strongest Man competition, and in 2021, won Europe’s Strongest Man show.

Unfortunately, Poland’s Mateusz Kieliszkowski was having hip issues and a urinary tract infection which has forced him out of the competition this week. With the first event kicking off tomorrow at 3 P.M., fans are counting down the hours until we see Strongmen from all over the world contend for one of the most treasured titles in the sport.
