Women’s bodybuilder Dana Linn Bailey reached the top of the sport during her respective tenure. The former Women’s Physique Olympia champion may have moved on from her days of competing in the sport but she continues to be a source of inspiration for many around the world. In a recent YouTube video, Bailey shared her entire stack, laying out the supplements she uses on a daily basis.

Bailey gained popularity for her aesthetic build and excellent v-taper. She went on to win the inaugural Women’s Physique title at the 2013 Olympia. Although she planned to extend her winning run, 2014 Olympia winner Juliana Malacarne dethroned Bailey and won the contest.

Despite retiring, Bailey still collaborates with some of the sport’s most respected minds, such as legendary bodybuilder Jay Cutler and bodybuilding coach Hany Rambod. She regularly collaborates with other fitness influencers and quickly amassed over 520k subscribers on YouTube.

In September, Bailey crushed a high-volume leg day workout that was designed to be thorough and strenuous. She joined forces with her husband, Rob Bailey, and prolific bodybuilding expert Joe Bennett for a brutal shoulder workout. Bennett is popularly known as the ‘hypertrophy coach’ for his muscle hypertrophy-inducing training techniques. Bailey regularly partners with Bennett and jokes he always ‘tortures’ her during the sessions.
