Australian actor Chris Hemsworth is one of the most recognizable actors in town who’s also renowned for his amazing build. He entered the industry with an athletic physique but took his fitness to the next level for movie roles. In a recent Instagram post, Hemsworth looked ripped in a boxing workout update on his birthday.

Chris Hemsworth first gained attention for his acting skills on the Australian television show Home and Away before making his way to Hollywood. He broke into the mainstream for his work as the comic book superhero Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His performance in the 2011 self-titled film earned him global recognition. He received major praise for turning in another stunning performance in the MCU crossover project The Avengers (2012).

Hemsworth adopted a strict training and diet regimen to pack on the pounds to portray the burly superhero for both appearances. He made waves in the fitness space with his insanely muscular build. In 2020, Hemsworth took advantage of bodyweight workouts to prepare for playing the role of a Black Ops mercenary in the film Extraction, presenting a leaner and functionally athletic build.

For the latest installment in the Thor film franchise, Hemsworth amped up his training and gained even more muscle mass to display arguably his biggest look on the silver screen in Thor: Love and Thunder (2022).

Hemsworth launched a fitness lifestyle app called Centrfit and offered different kinds of training routines that could be performed anywhere using little to no equipment. He started by detailing his go-to core workout to condition his abs and build core strength. Then, he provided a killer 200-rep workout challenge using five exercises to target the full body.

The 40-year-old likes to diversify his training with boxing practice on the heavy bag. He used a fast-paced punching bag workout to improve his cardio levels and followed it up with another insane full-body pump workout made up of four challenging rounds.

Chris Hemsworth has kept an impressive frame throughout his career. In a sprint workout update, he left the fans in awe of his shredded physique. When he was in the wilderness of Kenya, he improvised a training session without any gym equipment with the help of resistance bands and other objects in his surroundings.

Chris Hemsworth also utilized a full-body training routine to push past jet lag after a twelve-hour flight. Then, he collaborated with bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger for a workout when the two crossed paths before attending a Netflix fan event in Brazil. The seven-time Mr. Olympia praised Hemsworth’s jacked arms and pump after the session.

Given his busy schedule, Hemsworth laid out the challenging 10-minute upper body workout he used to build muscle with minimal equipment to get massive like Thor. Hailing from a family of fitness enthusiasts, Hemsworth also teamed up with his father for grueling full-body workouts to celebrate Australia’s Father’s Day last year.
