The human body burns calories all the time, even in our sleep or while sitting and watching movies. But several factors affect how many calories are burned, such as the intensity of exercise, your height, and weight. Burning calories and your heart rate

Caloric burn accelerates with increased exercise intensity, causing a rise in heart rate. However, sustaining intense exercise can be difficult.     Someday one of these websites is going to include calisthetics and rucking. Such a shame, two of the biggest things and no one wants to include them. In the meantime I HAVE to just do every single calisthetic movement singularly and add that up and do rucking as hiking with a daypack.
