Bodybuilder Hass an Mostafa turned in an impressive season last year but missed out on participating in the Olympia contest. In a recent video posted on his YouTube channel, Mostafa shared his full day of eating to build muscle in the off-season.
Hassan Mostafa gained attention for his massive muscle size and stellar conditioning in the Men’s Open division. He began his pro career at the 2019 Indy Pro and made a splash with a third-place finish behind Akim Williams and winner Steve Kuclo. His next appearance resulted in a fifth-place finish at the Tampa Pro a few months later.
Mostafa established his status as a rising prospect with a fourth-place finish at the 2020 New York Pro. However, he was forced to take a brief hiatus due to an infection that compromised his training capabilities. Mostafa returned with a vengeance the following year to make up for the lost time. Competing in seven shows throughout the year, he bagged a series of top-three finishes, including at the 2021 New York Pro. He earned an invite to the 2021 Mr. Olympia show and placed in the top fifteen in his debut.
He started last season with a dominant performance at the 2022 Puerto Rico Pro, where he took home the top prize. Then, he made his way to the 2022 Orlando Pro. Four days out of the show, Mostafa had the fans in awe of the package he was going to bring on stage with an impressive physique update. He scored back-to-back wins with another commanding showing.
The Egyptian native had his eyes set on the 2022 Mr. Olympia. He gave fans a sneak peek into his preparations with an insanely shredded and vascular physique update two months before the event. Unfortunately, Mostafa did not get to compete on stage as he was forced to withdraw due to health concerns. He reported a stomach infection combined with dehydration put his health at risk.
