Rhianon Lovelace has been gaining quite a reputation as a record-breaker, and it appears that she shows no signs of slowing down. Almost every time she competes, she manages to set a new world record, showcasing her exceptional skills and talent. Her latest accomplishment is truly remarkable and has left many amazed by her abilities. On February 18, 2023, Rhianon set a new world record for the Atlas Stone Lift in the 64-kilogram weight class, lifting a staggering 146.8 kilograms (323.6 pounds). This is not only a remarkable achievement but also a testament to her sheer strength and determination.
Previously, Rhianon Lovelace held the world record for lifting 142 kilograms (313 pounds). But it seemed like that was not enough for her, as she went on to break her own record by lifting an additional 4.8 kilograms (10.6 pounds). In addition, she managed to set the new mark with ease, making it seem like she could have lifted even more.
The Atlas Stone Lift is a challenging exercise that requires immense strength, particularly in the lower back, glutes, and hips. The stone itself is a spherical object made of concrete, with a rough surface that can make it challenging to grip. So Rhianon Lovelace had to lift the stone from the ground and place it onto a 44-inch high platform, which required a lot of power and explosiveness.
“Warm Ups flew, I knew we were on for a good day early on!
Only 49 Days into 2023 and we’re already Two World Records in, with my best lift still to come!
Buckle up. Because this years gunna be BIG 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥”

Rhianon Lovelace revealed that she weighed 63 kilograms (138.9 pounds) at the time of the lift, making the 146.8-kilogram (323.6-pound) Atlas Stone 2.33x her bodyweight. This proves that she is one of the pound-for-pound strongest athletes ever, since the proportions of her lifts are mind-blowing.
Rhianon Lovelace has already set two World Records this year, and it’s only February. Her first record was the U64 Axle Press World Record, lifting 101 kilograms (222.7 pounds) over her head.
While Rhianon Lovelace’s performances this year are undeniably impressive, what truly sets her apart is her ability to seamlessly continue from where she left off last year. Lovelace set numerous records in 2022, with the most impressive being the 282.5-kilogram (622.8-pound) deadlift. However, she even plans on beating that this year, as her sights are set on the 300-kilogram (661.4-pound) milestone.
Apart from the massive deadlift, Rhianon Lovelace also won the 2022 U64KG World’s Strongest Woman competition. That was the second time that she managed to achieve this feat, but she will hope to defend the title this year as well.
Judging by her Instagram caption, Rhianon Lovelace is just getting started. In addition, seeing that this Atlas Stone is an astounding accomplishment, it also demonstrates her unwavering commitment to improving and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. So, it is clear that Rhianon will continue setting records for a long time to come.
