Powerlifter Jimmy Kolb recently claimed the Heaviest Lift in History, and he has not slowed down since. Recently, Jimmy did a 405 lbs raw bench press for 20 amazing repetitions, which proved to everyone that he is one of the greatest overall bench pressers in the world. Jimmy is currently feeling great, as he posted another impressive feat of strength from training. In the video, Jimmy can be seen performing a Floor Press with 865 lbs loaded on the bar. In addition, he managed to pull off 3 repetitions.

The floor press is one of the greatest exercises for anyone wanting to improve their bench press. The leg drive plays a big role in the usual bench press, but this eliminates it, so Jimmy has to rely on his upper body strength. It can also be a great addition for anyone suffering from shoulder pain. It seems like Jimmy Kolb has utilized it for equipped lifting, as he used a slingshot. However, it is no less impressive as Jimmy stacked the bar with tremendous weight. He also used wrist wraps to aid his joints.
