The Rock, AKA Dwayne Johnson is revered for his unwavering commitment to staying healthy and fit while still maintaining a busy Hollywood schedule. Recently, The Rock shared his Sunday morning breakfast designed to fuel him with energy inside of the gym.

Maintaining one of the best physiques in the movie industry, Johnson is known for burning the midnight oil at his home gym dubbed “Iron Paradise”. The film star enjoys high-intensity workouts and is known for hitting demanding exercises like his “Walk of Hell” routine. He believes weighted lunges with chains draped around his shoulders have contributed immensely to his build over the years.

Tranquil mornings are an important ingredient to the superstar’s success. Johnson is adamant that his training philosophy and ability to change perspective when attacking challenges is what has guided him to a successful life in wrestling, fitness, and Hollywood. Of course, with a physique like The Rock’s, it’s safe to say he doesn’t go light when it comes to the most important meal of the day.

Leg Days Mean Bigger Meals for The Rock

As one of the more taxing workouts of the week, The Rock gets a giant breakfast in before he trains legs. Dwayne’s 6 A.M. Hawaiian breakfast consists of steak, eggs (egg whites only), oatmeal with papaya, and five peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on English muffins. Johnson recently shared a picture of his feast on Instagram.

Training legs (have mercyπŸ‹πŸΎπŸ˜ˆ) this morning so I need the extra carbs, fats & a little sugar to optimize my workout.
Can’t tell you how anchoring and mindful these quiet moments are of island ocean sunrises have been for me.
Given me amazing clarity in life, business etc.
Mana is powerful.
Enjoy your Sunday & CHEAT MEALS!!! πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ˆπŸ‘ŠπŸΎ” The Rock shared.

According to Johnson, it pays dividends when he consumes extra carbs, fats, and sugars before leg day exercises. Training has always been a huge part of The Rock’s daily routine. He believes maintaining consistency inside of the gym allows him to achieve his goals in life, big or small. However, it’s not always a grind for the former wrestling icon, as he also enjoys a cheat meal from time to time.
