The first weekend of December saw the 2022 Dubai Fitness Championships take place in the United Arab Emirates. The three-day action featured 20 men and 20 women, who gave it their all to claim one of their sport’s greatest titles. In the end, after eight exciting and tense events, Fabian Beneito Selles and Karin Freyova won their respective men’s and women’s divisions.

Despite the incredible roster of athletes which featured Brent Fikowski, Jonne Koski, Lazar ĐukiΔ‡, and many more, Fabian Beneito Selles was the Fittest Man in Dubai. After winning three events and performing well in a few other events, he came out on top.

Meanwhile, Karin Freyova put on one of the most dominant performances in the history of this competition. In addition to winning three events, she finished 120 points ahead of the second-place finisher, Matilde Øyen Garnes.
