The top 25% of the world’s greatest CrossFit teams were able to compete at the 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals, and now the 200 teams earned the right to compete in the penultimate stage of the competition. The 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals took place on April 7-10, in an online format. One team stood out the most, and it was the Mayhem Freedom, as Rich Froning led them to victory.
CrossFit Mayhem Freedom was proclaimed the 2021 Fittest Team On Earth®, and they are dominating their way to the second consecutive title. Mayhem Freedom came out victorious in 3 of the 5 workouts in the 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals. All the CrossFit teams consisted of two male and two female athletes.

All of the teams will have just a month to tweak some details until the next stage of the competition. The 2022 CrossFit Semifinals will take place from May 20th – to June 12th, 2022, in the format of 10 in-person competitions across 6 continents. The top 200 teams will battle to compete in the most prestigious competition of the sport, the 2022 CrossFit Games, which is scheduled for August 3-7, in Madison, Wisconsin.
